My name is Abigail Goben and I’m the Hedgehog Librarian.
I’m an Associate Professor and Research Data Policy Advisor at a university in Chicago. My research and teaching focuses on data policy, research data management services, and data management education. Additionally, I consult on data management for clients in academia and industry. I’m half of the team that developed the ACRL Research Data Management Road Show Curriculum and I was a co-investigator for the Data Doubles Grant.
I’m a knitter and co-habit at the Chateau with a Philosopher, a gray tabby named Widge, a tortie named Pyewacket, and a black void named Boswick–those stories can be found at Hedgehog Knitting.
If you’d like to reach me, I can be found on the Glammr.us instance of Mastodon as @hedgielib, for now on Twitter as hedgielib, or you can email me at MyFirstNameMyLastName@gmail.com (please substitute appropriately).
You can view and download my CV here.
